The silver ham has been a Christmas favourite for our customers for years. The thin layer of fat and skin across the top of the ham locks in all the flavour and keeps the ham juicy and moist. The meat is from the leg just above the rump of the pork. These hams range from 1.5 kg to approx 3 kg, they are soaked in our special brine for no less than three days and then slow baked and smoked to give that inviting mouth watering sunburnt colour on the skin.
