Nugget Ham (1KG)

The nugget ham is a small knuckle of meat derived from a leg of pork, commonly it is used for schnitzel however we have found a massive market for these small hams.  weighing approximately 1.3 kg they are great for sandwiches and platters, the ham itself is soaked in our special brine for no less than three days then  smoked in true blue red gum wood chips. Our nugget hams are very lean and moist making them a very healthy and tasty choice.  Double smoking is available upon request.
